SAFE

• The automatic reverse system meets the objective of safety:
• During closing operation, the door will stop immediately and reverse when there is an obstruction.
• During opening operation, the door will stop only when there is an obstruction.
• Dual operation mode (motorized or manual): During power failure or in the event of Fire, the door can be operated by manual mode for emergency evacuation.
• Motor safety cut-off automatically when the motor operates continuously during door abnormal operation due to malfunction operation.
• Optional UPS: Uninterrupted Power Supply back up system during power failure.

SILENT

• Smooth and noiseless operation is achieved by using specially design Zinculum with anti-friction "Nylon Poly Guide" and engineering Nylon End Clips.
• The DC24V motor is designed to operate in ultra low noise with high efficiency.

SPEEDY

• High speed operation - comes with twice the operating speed with safety built-in device.
• Follows the new design requirement for fast operating roller shutter
• Quick double speed function to meet today's new high expectation on roller shutter
• The speed operates at average of 250 mm per second or about twice the normal shutter speed.
• Typical door height of 2500 mm height is able to complete its operation in 10 seconds

STRONG

• The motor is designed and built to meet ISO 9002 specification. Concerns for overheating are eliminated by fuse & circuit protection.
• Counter balance spring is incorporated into the shaft assembly to reduce motor fatigue.
• Larger pulley wheel is employed to reduce deflection in wider width application.
• Polycarbonate: a clear See-Through, Impact-resistance and anti-destructive material.

SERVICE

• The Roller door can be completely factory pre-assembled for speedy site installation.

Control panel and motor is separated. There’s no need to replace the control panel and the motor at the same time when either component has a breakdown.
